Tuli was one of the first artists to use public access in Manhattan. He was often on Coca Crystal's show, If I can't dance...
Tuli is a member of the Fugs. The first punk rock band.
He made two Paper Tiger shows. One about Rolling Stone and one about Sports Illustrated.
He made up the song Whore of Babylon to play on the Rolling Stone show. www.papertiger.org
